After serving in the United States Navy for 24 years and settling with his family in Richmond, Rick decided to start a career in Real Estate. Rick had moved and bought homes several times during his time in the Navy. It was always appreciated when a real estate agent went above and beyond assisting him and his family with the transition to a new area, helping him to find the best home. Rick took inspiration from those real estate agents and his experience, deciding to base his business model and operation after the service he knew made all the difference in is past sales.
