Morgan Porter is a seasoned real estate professional who understands the investor mindset because he’s been there himself. After house hacking his first property in 2007—still a rental he owns today—Morgan built and self-managed a growing portfolio across the Richmond region. That hands-on experience led him to co-found Byrd Property Management in 2022, a company dedicated to helping other investors protect their time and grow their returns. Today, Morgan and his team manage rental properties across the greater Richmond area, offering full-service solutions that remove the stress of day-to-day management while keeping investment goals front and center.
