My name is Mirnes Jusic, and I’m a 20-year-old who was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia—growing up in Henrico and graduating from Douglas Freeman High School. I’ve always been someone who thrives on competition and community. Sports have been a big part of my life—especially basketball and soccer—and they’ve shaped how I show up: focused, hardworking, and always looking to improve.
After high school, I earned my associate’s degree in business and originally planned on transferring to VCU, but I took a step back and asked myself what I really wanted long-term. I didn’t just want a job—I wanted a career where I could work with people, build real relationships, and be part of something meaningful. That’s what led me to real estate.
As a young agent, I bring a fresh perspective, high energy, and the drive to outwork expectations. With my real estate license in hand, I’m focused on helping people find the right home for them. Buying or selling isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major life move—and my goal is to guide clients through it with clear communication, strong negotiation, and the kind of hustle I’ve always brought to everything I do.
