About Juliana Hill

Juliana Hill brings a fresh, creative perspective and strong local roots to the Rick Cox Realty Group. Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Juliana is the oldest of five, a role that helped shape her natural leadership abilities, organizational skills, and dedication to helping others. She graduated from Radford University in Spring 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, combining her education with a passion for marketing, branding, and social media.

Juliana began her journey in real estate several years ago, gaining hands-on experience in home staging, listing preparation, and marketing. With a background in managing multiple social media accounts, including those for her university's business school, she brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and business knowledge to the industry. Having completed her real estate education, Juliana looks forward to obtaining her real estate license and continuing to expand her expertise.

As the Office Manager at Rick Cox Realty Group, Juliana oversees the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, managing listings, marketing initiatives, contracts, and transaction coordination while supporting a team of 20 real estate professionals. She takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes while constantly developing fresh, innovative ideas to strengthen the team's marketing presence and drive engagement. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and passion for both people and real estate make her an integral part of the RCRG team.
