About Juliana Hill

Juliana Hill offers a fresh yet deeply rooted perspective to real estate and marketing, having been born and raised in Chesterfield County. As the oldest of five, she brings a natural sense of leadership, organization, and dedication to everything she does. Juliana graduated from Radford University in Spring 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where she cultivated a strong passion for marketing, branding, and social media strategy.

 

With hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts—including those for her business school—Juliana combines creative vision with strategic execution. She entered the real estate field a few years ago, gaining valuable experience in staging, listing preparation, and digital marketing. Having completed her real estate education, she is eagerly preparing to obtain her real estate license and continue growing within the industry.

 

Currently, Juliana oversees listing coordination and marketing for RCRG, where she thrives on developing innovative, engaging strategies that elevate the team’s presence and connect meaningfully with clients. Her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to creativity help ensure every listing is presented at its absolute best.
