Dane’s passion for real estate began early, shaped by his father’s work as both a builder and investor. Growing up around construction sites and investment properties gave him firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of buying, selling, and managing real estate. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in the industry.

 

After completing his education, Dane served in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, attention to detail, perseverance, and effective communication—skills that now serve his clients well in every real estate transaction. Having experienced frequent relocations himself, Dane has a deep understanding of the unique needs of military families and is especially equipped to support those navigating military moves and housing transitions.

 

Following his service, Dane pursued a career in real estate, combining his background in construction, his military experience, and his commitment to helping others. Today, he uses that unique blend of knowledge and perspective to guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing.
