About Abby Bondurant

After 20 years in B2B sales—earning President’s Club every single year and landing a spot in the 90/90 Club—I decided to take a leap of faith and follow a dream. I’ve always been competitively driven, relationship-focused, and ready for the next challenge, and now I’m channeling that energy into something new and deeply personal.

I was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where sports were my passion and competition was my fuel. From 1999 to 2003, I played field hockey at Virginia Commonwealth University, and after graduation, I became a full-fledged Virginian—married my college sweetheart (a true local), and we’ve been building a life together for over 20 years.

We’ve raised two amazing kids: our son is a proud Gamecock at the University of South Carolina, and our daughter is thriving at East Carolina University. Our family tailgate game is strong, and yes, I own more collegiate gear than I probably should.

Over the years, I’ve lived across the Richmond area—downtown, the Fan, the West End, Colonial Heights—and for the past 16 years, I’ve called Woodlake home. This community has become my heart, and I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned with future clients who are ready to plant roots or make a move. Whether it’s navigating neighborhoods, finding the perfect fit, or simply offering honest advice, I’m here to help—with hustle, heart, and a whole lot of local love.
